In an inspiring look, From Outrage to Courage shows how women are organising the world over. Women’s courage to transform their situations and communities provides inspiration and models for change. From China to India, from Indonesia to Kenya, Anne Firth Murray takes readers on a whirlwind tour of devastation—and resistance.

I don't know another thing about the book so this isn't a recommendation, and sometimes I rankle a bit at the sex-specific nature of thinking, but I like the title and the journey it suggests. In coaching I come across a lot of outrage, usually politely disguised which is how good citizens generally portray it. Transforming that energy into something creative and constructive through courage is something I have witnessed in others and continue to use as inspiration. I guess it speaks to the ex-angry ant in me!

Colour me courageous.
